After two decades of deadlines and pitches in advertising and marketing, Sarah Bogaczyk made her best career move yet in 2021: swapping ad campaigns for carry-ons by founding Connections Luxury Travel. She now channels her project management skills and knack for building authentic client connections into crafting unforgettable trips. Sarah is immeasurably proud of building a hard-working, kind team that gets to make incredible trips happen for our clients!

A proud lifelong Chicagoan with a serious case of wanderlust, Sarah is happiest exploring the world with her husband and three kids. When traveling she loves a welcome glass of bubbles, meeting friendly locals, soaking up scenic vistas with a hike or train ride, morning walks by the ocean with coffee in hand, and really good hotel sheets.
Destinations like Italy, Hawaii, Greece, France and the UK keep calling her back, but little tops the thrill of her first Safari or the adventure of standing atop Machu Picchu.
She has a soft spot for family and multi generational travel and loves guiding clients to say yes to new adventures.
For her, connecting people through travel isn’t just a profession, it’s a privilege.

Natalie crafts thoughtful family vacations that balance adventure and relaxation, helping families step out of their routines to connect and create new memories.
She learned to merge logistics and creativity during her career in wedding and event planning, serving both non-profit boards and anxious couples with a genuine rapport. She's still dedicated to the client experience, but now she uses a digital itinerary builder instead of her beloved clipboard.
On her own vacations, she loves exploring a new destination on foot, finding the best spot for coffee, browsing the grocery stores, and drinking like a local. Though her adventures are carefully curated, she always leaves a little room for improvisation.
To Natalie, travel isn't just about the destination; it's about weaving together moments. Whether you are strolling ancient streets, hiking a rainforest or relaxing in a deck chair, these moments become cherished memories that last long after you unpack.

Managing the logistics of perfecting your trip is a challenge Amy readily takes on. She brings project management and strategy to a whole new level thanks, in part, to the decades spent doing just that at advertising agencies.
From finessing your digital itinerary, quoting insurance, and prepping hotels for your arrival - Amy thrives in the details and keeps us all moving.
Destinations like Morocco, Egypt, and the Amalfi Coast are currently calling her name. Until she checks those off her list, she’s happily immersed in renovating her new home, cooking and baking, and diving into endless creative projects with her five-year-old daughter; her favorite role of all.
Meg is a teacher turned adventure seeker with a passport that's seen more stamps than her grading papers ever did. She's fallen in love with Italy, Greece, and Paris...Japan is calling her name next.
When she's not working, you'll find her laughing with friends, chasing after her kids (her favorite form of exercise), and soaking up every moment of fun she can find!
Some trips need that extra touch and Meg is here for just that. She’ll help to coordinate airport transfers, share dining and activity guides, and ensures any relevant hotel information is flowing your way. Those finishing touches matter to Meg!
